Alphabet 60-Sided dLX Dice
dLX, pronounced d-Lex as in lexicon, are 60-sided alphabet dice with letters weighted by their frequency of usage in English. For example, there are a lot more T's and N's than Z's. This makes them work better for forming words than alphabet dice with one letter of each type. LX is the Roman numeral for 60 and fitting for these dice, which are marked with letters rather than numbers.
They're based on a different polyhedron than our numbered d60, namely the pentakis dodecahedron, and are the first injection-molded dice made from this shape. The dice are available in red, blue, green, white, and black - let us know if you have a preference.
