Shipping policy

Tarquin aims to ship in stock products the next working day. We use a variety of speeds of delivery - standard delivery by default. Tracking will not be automatically in place for very small orders, in order to keep the overall price as low as possible.

We use a variety of carriers according to the nature of the goods we are sending - we will always try to provide you with details of date of despatch, tracking number if applicable, and share information about the delivery if we receive it.

Note: A number of products are despatched for us by third parties we work with - all such orders are sent using tracked services and tracking details will be shared directly with you. Service speeds may vary according to where the goods are being sent from - where longer than standard we aim to state this on the product page.
